ABOUT US
NCA Development Institute (NCADI) NPC, a non-profit company founded in 2020 by Dr Sandile Ncanana, NCADI focuses on providing developmental support to communities faced with triple challenges of unemployment, poverty and inequality across the country. The activities of the institute are supported by resources derived from businesses owned by Dr Ncanana as well mobilization and leveraging of resources from partners who share the same values as ourselves. Our motto is that for any desperate situation faced by any communities, there is always a solution to it, provided such communities are afforded with relevant support to work towards achieving their dreams. We all ought to do what is possible to contribute towards building better communities. We are indeed inspired by many philanthropists who are making a difference in various ways to the lives of many people.
Our Strategic Intent
- Initiate and support projects that results into increased food security and access to clean water particularly in rural communities.
- Contribute towards increased access to education with focus in science, engineering, and technology and
- Enhance the sustainability of small businesses based in rural communities and townships through directed enterprise development initiatives.
